"You have to love a customer"

"You have to love a customer"

Unbreakable union between the Architect and the Customer is not always indestructible.

There are some possible variants with a lot of secrets and revelations in each.

Fortunately, we are talking only about good examples and this opportunity is provided to us by the architect Elena Rastorgueva, who can (and like!) form creative alliances with her Customers. Yes, that's right – with a capital letter.

Unions are not always simple, but always successful.

"You have to love a customer" – says Elena.

And this fruitful feeling is transformed into a fascinating process that occurs as natural as a flight of thought can be, which takes the form of specific design decisions.

The client, by the way, is not always right, even if he doesn’t know about that sometimes.

However, he can afford that, even if he is mistaken, because everything is ultimately made for him. An architect as a sapper cannot allow himself to make a mistake.

"Trust" – that is, perhaps, that magic wand, with a wave of which creativity becomes a co-creation in its highest sense and self-righteousness is proved by many unobtrusive, but indisputable arguments.

"Color" is another revelation, which tries to bring us closer to understanding the phenomenon of Elena Rastorgueva.

It is enough to look at least one of the master’s works to make sure of that.

Appealing to the associativity, the luxury "trusts itself" to brown. But to which!

It is everywhere, there is a lot of it, but brown is not trying to "trample" the perception of the interior down. It is different, with calm solidity and carefree playfulness, with lots of smooth transitions, shades, from almost black to burgundy.

Categorically and gorgeous. However, do not rush to judge hastily, as Architect never ceases to amaze: turquoise  just breaks as fresh sea breeze, light-green whispers with leaves, and only with these colors the entire interior takes on perfection, and the Customer starts to feel himself as a co-author.

And this is just one example ...

Color acts as "supporting structure" of space perception, takes responsibility for the harmony. The abundance of objects does not seem cumbersome, and their deliberate absence is not only justified, but only possible.

Color as if is aware of its importance and evinces willingness to match it.

Without going into details of specific terminology, it can be seen that a set of professional techniques used by Elena Rastorgueva, her unique ability to select masters for each project are completely subordinated to Trust, which is present between the Client and the Architect.

How else, after all: "You have to love a customer ..."
